Academic achievements included graduating on the Dean's list, membership in Beta Sigma Kappa honor fraternity, and recipient of the Award for Clinic Excellence. In qualifying for and maintaining fellowship, individuals are evaluated against the highest standards of professional competence. In addition, Dr. Huntress is an active member of the Southwest Missouri Optometric Society, Missouri Optometric Society, and the American Optometric Society. Furthermore, courtesy staff privileges are also currently maintained at Cox Monett Hospital.
Dr. Huntress treats refractive conditions requiring glasses or contact lens correction. Glaucoma, macular degeneration, cataracts, keratoconus, lasik corrective surgery, and eye infections are some of the conditions routinely managed at Visionhealth Eye Center.
Dr. Greg treats patients the way he would want to be treated. He feels that being brought up in an optometric family has given him some added benefit and insight in patient care.
